People on boardANDORSECH / ANDERSON This man has not been identified yet. He has been listed as Gunner E Andorsech of the US Navy, possibly of the crew of U.S.S. Utah. However no one of this name can be found. On the 10th of October 1918 the American Consul in Dublin sent a telegram to Washington recounting the details of the torpedoing of RMS Leinster that day. He stated that “it is believed that there were about fifteen Americans on board. Among those reported to be Americans are: Anderson U.S.N.” Further information would be welcomed.
